Chamber Workshop at the Mill

CHAMBER WORKSHOP AT THE MILL

The Ringwood Chamber of Trade & Commerce is having the first of many workshops in Frampton's Mill restaurant on the top floor on Thursday July 8th from 11.00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m.

The Chamber is inviting traders to pop in to have a coffee and a chat. Said Chamber President Nicki Woods. "We want every trader in Ringwood to feel they have a voice. We want to know want they want from us, what we can do for them."

Subjects which could be discussed are the long stay parking problems and should the Chamber back the recent proposals to shorten the parking time to eight hours in the long stay car park. This is an attempt to curb the misuse of the long stay car park by businesses out of Ringwood such as JP Morgan.

The Chamber wants to hear of other issues which are troubling traders in the town.

The Chamber would also like trader's e-mail addresses so that they can be easily polled on issues affecting them and advised on special events organised by the Chamber.

President Nicki says "Come along to see us in the Furlong Shopping Centre, there will be representatives of all types of businesses to talk to you. Have a cup of coffee as our guest and tell us what we should do. How we can help to make your business prosper and do what is best for Ringwood."
